Payment methods

For a property transaction using Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency to be proper and legal, the cryptocurrency has to be exchanged before a notary public, just as if it were fiat money. The procedure is reflected in the transaction, which must include the price of the property in euro, the amount in cryptocurrency and the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Then, the buyer transfers the money in cryptocurrency to the seller using a mobile device or a computer.
